Any experience with Conversational Hypnosis ?

I need to improve my conversation skills and be able to influence people more. I work in the complaints department and meet a lot of angry customers everyday.

Bought the book Conversational Hypnosis and have gone through part of it.

Looks like a rather useful book. Many good techniques I never thought about.

I bought it as I have a very difficult child that I need to understand. I think it has helped me to be more persuasive to my boy. He is more willing to listen after I apply some of the things I read about.
